It discovers companies that match what you sell, qualifies them into outreach-ready leads with verified e-mail addresses, writes personalized e-mails, sends them from your own connected Gmail inbox, classifies the replies and keeps the whole loop running on Autopilot while learning from results.

What is Seasely?

Seasely is an AI outbound sales platform for B2B teams. It discovers companies that match what you sell, qualifies them into outreach-ready leads with verified e-mail addresses, writes personalized e-mails, sends them from your own connected Gmail inbox, classifies the replies and keeps the whole loop running on Autopilot while learning from results.

How it works

Do I need my own sending inbox?

Yes. Seasely sends only from a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox you connect with Google OAuth; other mailbox providers are not offered at the moment. Seasely does not provide or rent inboxes, and a newly connected inbox is ramped up gradually to protect your domain.

Can Seasely connect to Gmail?

Yes. A Gmail mailbox is connected with Google OAuth using the gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes: sending your campaign e-mails and reading the replies to them. Signing in to Seasely with Google is a separate, identity-only login that never accesses a mailbox. A mailbox can be disconnected at any time.

What is an outreach-ready lead?

An outreach-ready lead is a company contact that passed qualification, has a verified deliverable e-mail address and a personalized message, and is eligible to be contacted. Your monthly allowance counts each one once; companies that are discovered but never qualify do not count.

How does Autopilot work?

Autopilot keeps a daily plan: how many companies to discover, which leads to qualify and how many e-mails each connected inbox may send today, within your plan allowance and each inbox's health and ramp limits. It stops follow-ups when someone replies, slows or pauses an inbox that shows delivery problems, and you can pause it at any time; pausing stops new sends while replies to e-mails already sent are still detected.

Does Seasely personalize e-mails?

Yes. For every lead Seasely writes a first line and a follow-up sequence from what it found about the company, in the recipient's language, and runs a quality check before sending. A message that fails the check is held for review instead of being sent.

How are replies handled?

Replies arrive in your own mailbox and in Seasely's reply inbox. Each one is classified (interested, meeting request, question, objection, not now, out of office, unsubscribe, bounce), follow-ups to that contact stop immediately, unsubscribe requests are honoured and suppressed, and you can answer from the reply inbox or from your own mailbox.

How does Seasely use AI?

AI models write and localize the outreach, classify replies and turn the description of your business into targeting. Discovery, verification, sending, scheduling and limits are deterministic rules, and measured results drive the learning that shifts volume to what works. Seasely does not guarantee reply rates, meetings or revenue.

What happens to my mailbox data?

A mailbox connection is stored as encrypted tokens. Seasely sends only the campaign e-mails you approved and reads replies to them to detect answers. Mailbox data is never sold and is used only to provide the service, following the Google API Services User Data Policy including its Limited Use requirements.

Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in the monthly lead allowance. Creating a workspace is free and there is currently no free trial: setting up your workspace, offer and audience costs nothing, and outbound runs once you choose a paid plan. Billing runs through Stripe and a plan can be changed or cancelled from the Billing page.
